All classes are taught on-line via Zoom and in the studio.  Go to the Subscribe tab where you can register to receive weekly class updates and Zoom log in details.

Not Your Granny’s Chair Yoga

Get ready for an invigorating class in which yoga postures are done sitting in a chair or standing next to it. We focus on alignment, building strength, balance, and breath work while working at our own pace.  Options for all levels are provided.

Monday                                 9:00 – 9:45 am

Thursday                              9:00 – 9:45 am

Yin Yoga & Meditation

A Yin style yoga class in which we work the body’s connective tissue to increase flexibility and mobility.  Poses are done seated or laying down; no standing postures.  Yin is a gentle form of yoga accessible for all body types and abilities.

Thursday                               5:00 – 6:00 pm  

All Levels Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a more rigorous form of yoga where we work on strength, balance, movement, and concentration.  Some physical agility and strength are required for this class.  Cues are given for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Saturday                               10:00 – 11:00 am  

Cost

I want to make yoga accessible to everyone so cost is by donation based on your ability to contribute.  If you are financially able, a $10 donation is suggested.  Cost per class at most studios runs between $15 – $20 per session.  Payment options are:
