Luna Yoga provides yoga instruction for all ages but specializes in yoga for the “young at heart.” My style of teaching is to make everyone feel comfortable with the body they have and to help students work around any physical limitations. I give very detailed instructions for alignment and placement so everyone can be safe and practice in a way that supports them. We also have a lot of fun! I believe that everyone can do some form of yoga so if you are new to yoga or if you are a seasoned practitioner or somewhere in between, I promise you will be welcome and treated with kindness and respect. The perfect body for yoga is one you are in.
